I'm so glad you stopped by! My name is Tay Mohl, I’m the owner and lead designer here at Radiance Floral, and flowers are basically my entire world.

My love story with flowers started way back when I was a kid. I grew up on a family farm, and a large section of it is a flower farm! My Mom and Grandma have always had the most inspiring gardens. The hands-on experience led me to become a trained horticulturist, so getting my hands in the dirt and watching things grow isn't just a job - It's what I've done since the very beginning.

My journey into professional floral design began at the renowned Floral Design Institute in Portland, Oregon, where I cultivated the technical skills and artistry required to excel in this field. I hold the title of Certified Floral Designer (CFD).

With over seven years of experience as a practicing florist, I have established a deep expertise in floral mechanics, design principles, and material selection, ensuring the highest standards of quality for every project.

For the last couple of years, I’ve been pouring all that expertise into specializing as a florist for weddings and events right here on Vancouver Island.

My design style is heavily inspired by nature. Because of my deep background in horticulture, I absolutely love working with natural elements and really value sustainability - it means I understand flowers from the root up! I think the most beautiful arrangements are the ones that feel organic, lush, and incredibly true to nature.
